From an early age, Begje knew she wanted to be an obstetrician. In the springs on Texel, she helped birth lambs, where her passion for care and new life was born. After studying nursing, she decided to pursue this passion further and completed her midwifery training.
With her experience in the maternity ward and as a night nurse, she learned the importance of peace, trust and personal attention. She works as an acting midwife a.o. at Femme Amsterdam and Femme ‘t Gooi and offers her customized care, with skill as well as warmth and commitment.
“Besides my work as a midwife, I relax by designing furniture and making craft projects. Together with my boyfriend and our animals, I live in Amsterdam.
